Coconut Cream Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

¾ cup white sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 teaspoons butter

⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Step 1

Mix together sugar flour and nutmeg. Beat in eggs. Add milk and butter or margarine and stir. Stir in coconut. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.

Step 2

Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees ) for 25 minutes.
