2 pounds fresh green beans

trimmed

1 bunch radishes

chopped

3 cucumbers

chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook beans in boiling water until bright green and slightly tender 3 to 5 minutes. Drain green beans and plunge into ice water until cold; drain.

Step 3
