1 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1 egg

beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ cup chopped walnuts

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2

Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg vanilla pumpkin and walnuts.

Step 3

Stir in flour baking powder and salt; mix well.

Step 4

Drop by the tablespoon on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
