Ingredients

4 pods cardamom pods

2 cups cold milk

1 ripe avocado

peeled and chopped

6 teaspoons white sugar

or to taste

1 pinch salt

Pop cardamom pods open and crush or grind seeds into a powder.

Step 2

Combine cardamom milk avocado sugar and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
