Ingredients

8 cloves garlic

2 cups extra-virgin olive oil

Crush garlic cloves with the back of a knife on a flat surface; remove peel. Pour olive oil in a jar and add garlic cloves. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend 2 to 5 days.
