Zesty Salmon Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon - drained

deboned

and flaked

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup bread crumbs

½ cup minced onion

1 egg

beaten

1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

oil for frying

Step 1

Combine salmon flour bread crumbs onion egg seafood seasoning Worcestershire sauce mayonnaise salt and pepper and mix very well. Shape mixture into 6 even-sized patties.

Step 2

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-low heat. Cook patties until nicely browned about 5 minutes per side.
