Savory Oregano Salami Recipe

1 pound salami

cut into bite-size pieces

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

or more to taste

1 ½ teaspoons chopped oregano

4 sprigs parsley
