2 cups 2% milk

1 cup skim milk

3 (2 ounce) bars white chocolate

chopped

¼ teaspoon crushed cardamom pods

2 teaspoons rosewater

Step 1

Combine 2% milk skim milk white chocolate and cardamom pods in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring frequently until chocolate is melted and well combined about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat before hot chocolate comes to a boil. Stir in rosewater. Strain out cardamom pods.
