Balsamic Dijon Dipping Sauce

¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon water
2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Appetizer and Snack Step 1 In a small mixing bowl combine balsamic vinegar sugar water mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. If the consistency is too watery add more mustard until the desired consistency is reached. Cover and chill before serving.
