Stovetop Dark Chocolate Popcorn

½ cup unpopped popcorn
¼ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup white sugar or to taste
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Dessert Step 1 Heat a popcorn kettle or pot over medium heat. Add popcorn oil sugar and cocoa powder to the kettle. Cook turning the handle slowly until popping slows to 3 seconds between pops.
