Ingredients

4 cups whole milk

3 cups plain yogurt

2 egg yolks

5 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups water

4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Beat milk yogurt egg yolks and all-purpose flour in a large bowl with an electric mixer.

Step 2

Meanwhile bring water and chicken bouillon to a boil in a large soup pot. Reduce heat to medium-low and add yogurt mixture lemon juice salt and pepper stirring occasionally until mixture thickens about 20 minutes.
