Banana Oat Bars Recipe

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups quick cooking oats

½ cup white sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ cup raisins

1 cup mashed bananas

¼ cup skim milk

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas egg whites milk and vanilla. Beat all together.

Step 3

Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with non-stick spray for about 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. You may sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired.
