1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

thawed and undiluted

1 cup cranberries

coarsely chopped

2 yellow bell peppers

chopped

1 fresh red chile pepper

chopped

1 red onion

chopped

1 clove garlic

finely chopped

½ cup fresh cilantro leaves

¼ teaspoon ground cumin

or to taste
