2 pounds ground pork

1 cup ketchup

½ cup water

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

12 hamburger buns

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground pork in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Step 2

Stir ketchup water vinegar brown sugar dry mustard and salt into the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
