Steph's Summer Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

4 ears fresh corn kernels

4 tomatoes

chopped

1 hot yellow banana pepper

chopped

2 cloves garlic

minced

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

1 lemon

juiced

2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together corn kernels tomatoes hot yellow banana pepper garlic green bell pepper basil sage thyme lemon juice and olive oil. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
