Summer Fruit Salad II Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups cubed (1-inch) seedless watermelon

1 large white peach

pitted and cut into small cubes

1 large nectarine

pitted and cut into small cubes

1 black plum

pitted and cut into small cubes

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup seedless red grapes

halved

½ cup shredded coconut

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup nondairy whipped topping

Step 1

Gently toss the watermelon peach nectarine plum blueberries and grapes together in a large bowl. Sprinkle the coconut and cinnamon over the fruit mixture and lightly stir to mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping as desired.
