Not So Sweet Baked Ham Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 pound) ham

¾ cup chicken broth

Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Pork

Dinner

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Arrange ham fat-side up in a large baking dish.

Step 3

Pour chicken broth over ham.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through about 90 minutes basting every 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 5

Discard broth before slicing and serving ham.
