Basic Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

¾ cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 cup water

¾ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sift flour white sugar brown sugar cocoa powder baking soda and salt together in a large bowl. Add milk water oil sour cream and vanilla extract; mix together until well combined. Pour into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean about 35 minutes.
