1 cup barbeque sauce

2 tablespoons margarine (such as Earth Balance®)

4 hamburger buns

Step 1

Remove all seeds from jackfruit. Combine jackfruit and BBQ sauce in a slow cooker. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2

Use a fork to shred jackfruit meat. Spread margarine on hamburger buns and place a scoop of jackfruit \meat\ on top. Serve immediately
