Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

minced

½ cup goat cheese

1 celery stalk

minced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a bowl stir together garlic goat cheese celery balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
