Cheesy Bacon, Ham, and Swiss Tater Tots Poutine

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)

½ cup brown gravy

¼ cup diced ham

¼ cup shredded Swiss cheese

¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 slices bacon strips

cooked and crumbled

1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

4 smokey bacon cheddar cheese curds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Step 2

Place potato nuggets on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake until lightly browned and crisp about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from the oven and top with gravy diced ham Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Top with crumbled bacon and chives. Scatter cheese curds around and serve immediately.
