I have used this recipe for years for teachers' gifts, gifts to share with friends, and to have on hand at my own home. It is a favorite of everyone who has ever had it. So easy to make. To enjoy, place 3 to 4 teaspoons of Christmas Coffee in a coffee cup, add hot water, and mix.
1 (16 ounce) container powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup instant decaffeinated coffee granules
½ cup granulated sugar substitute (such as Splenda®)
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Directions
Mix creamer brown sugar decaffeinated coffee sugar substitute cinnamon and salt together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Store in an airtight container.
