Keto Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

5 strawberries

2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

⅔ cup low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)

½ cup water

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon vodka

1 pinch salt
