Ingredients

2 tablespoons cherry vinegar

1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart® Veganaise®)

1 tablespoon agave nectar

1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 crisp apples

shredded

2 kohlrabi bulbs

peeled and shredded

4 carrots

shredded

Step 1

Whisk vinegar vegan mayonnaise agave nectar mustard seeds Dijon mustard salt and pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth. Stir apples kohlrabi and carrots into dressing until evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend at least 1 hour.
