Spiced Corn

2 cups fresh corn kernels
salt as needed
4 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice or more to taste
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon chaat masala
¼ teaspoon chili powder
Everyday Cooking Step 1 Fill a deep pan with water and bring to a boil. Add corn and salt and cook until corn is tender 5 to 7 minutes. Drain. Step 2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add boiled corn lemon juice garam masala chaat masala chili powder and salt and cook until corn turns light brown in color about 5 minutes
