Swiss Cheese Toasts

Ingredients

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix

24 thin slicesbaguette

1 green bell pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix Swiss cheese mayonnaise sour cream and Italian-style salad dressing mix in a bowl until well blended.

Step 3

Spread cheese mixture onto one side of each bread slice. Sprinkle green bell pepper over the cheese mixture. Arrange bread onto a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake bread slices in preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and the bread toasted 10 to 12 minutes.
