Green Avocado Salsa

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¾ cup chopped onion

3 cloves garlic

minced

4 medium fresh jalapeno peppers

seeded

deveined

and finely minced

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 avocado

peeled and pitted

½ pound tomatillos

husked and chopped

Directions

Step 1

Place the water pepper onion garlic jalapenos cilantro avocado and tomatillos in a blender or the bowl of a food processor. Puree or process to desired consistency adding more water as needed. Serve immediately.
