¼ cup boiling water

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1 tablespoon white sugar

ice cubes

1 cup cold milk

Step 1

Combine boiling water coffee granules and sugar in a large mug and whip with an immersion blender until foamy about 2 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour milk over ice cubes. Top with the coffee foam.
