Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

rinsed and dried

1 cup distilled white vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.

Step 2

Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes shaking the basket every 10 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.
