Brandon's Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Greek yogurt (such as Fage®)

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice

1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

2 cloves roasted garlic

minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

¾ cup crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag)

Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing

Step 1

Combine buttermilk mayonnaise Greek yogurt milk lemon juice black pepper roasted garlic and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour buttermilk mixture into a container; fold in blue cheese. Cover and keep refrigerated.
