Ed's Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)

1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives with red jalapeno

¼ cup sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons kosher salt

or more to taste

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

or more to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon chipotle pepper powder

2 hard-boiled eggs

Italian Herb Infused Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1

Stir mayonnaise olives tomato paste horseradish salt pepper garlic powder and chipotle pepper powder together in a bowl.

Step 2

Crumble egg yolks into mayonnaise mixture. Chop whites and stir into mayonnaise mixture until dressing is thick and creamy. Season with kosher salt and pepper as needed cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until flavors blend at least 30 minutes.
