3 cups rolled oats

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup olive oil

1 cup chocolate chips

½ cup honey

6 eggs

beaten

4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Step 2

Mix oats walnuts olive oil chocolate chips honey eggs and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Press oat mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
