Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can SPAM® with Bacon

½ teaspoon ground coriander

¼ cup prepared yellow mustard

2 French rolls

4 slices provolone cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2

Shred SPAM® using the large holes on a cheese grater.

Step 3

Fry shredded SPAM® with coriander in a large skillet on medium-high heat until browned about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard on each half of the French rolls; place 2 slices of provolone cheese on the top half of each roll; place rolls on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake until cheese has melted about 5 minutes.

Step 6

Divide cooked SPAM® between rolls fold and serve immediately.
