Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

6 red potatoes

cut into wedges

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Fresh Applesauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2

Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Mix onion powder chili powder garlic powder and garlic salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are tender 30 to 35 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
