1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
