1 pound ground beef

4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

4 tablespoons salsa

4 slices Cheddar cheese

4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Step 2

Form the ground beef into 4 individual patties.

Step 3

Grill patties over high heat for 2 to 4 minutes then flip over.
