2 cloves garlic

1 bell pepper

2 (14.5 ounce) cans black beans

rinsed

drained

2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal

1 ½ tablespoons cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup salsa
