Big Bob Gibson's White BBQ Sauce Copycat

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons water or more to taste
Side Dish Step 1 Stir mayonnaise vinegar sugar lemon juice horseradish salt black pepper and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Slowly stream water into the sauce increasing the amount until you reach your desired consistency.
