Cherry Buttercream Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter softened
3 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
⅓ cup cherry preserves or more to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dessert Step 1 Beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in confectioners' sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Beat in cream 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting reaches spreading/piping consistency. Beat in cherry preserves and vanilla extract.
