2 tablespoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 egg

beaten

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a medium bowl stir together the egg milk and oil. Add flour baking powder and salt mix until smooth.

Step 2

Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on hot oiled griddle. Turn when golden brown. Serve hot.
