Grilled Cinnamon Toast

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup butter softened
1 (1 pound) loaf brioche
nonstick cooking spray
BBQ and Grilling Step 1 Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into the softened butter. Spread cinnamon butter over each slice of brioche. Step 2 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Spray grates with nonstick spray. Step 3 Place each slice of brioche on the grill buttered-side down. Grill until caramelized 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
