Healthy Apple Spice Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond milk

1 cup applesauce

1 apple

diced

½ cup raisins

½ cup pecans

½ cup flax seed meal

2 eggs

¼ cup brown sugar

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg

2 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups.

Step 2

Mix almond milk applesauce apple raisins pecans flax meal eggs brown sugar cinnamon and nutmeg together in a bowl; stir in oats until well mixed. Let sit for 5 minutes. Scoop mixture into the prepared muffin cups using an ice cream scoop.

Step 3
