Nicole's Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1 mango - peeled

seeded

and chopped

½ red bell pepper

minced

1 jalapeno pepper

seeded and minced

or to taste

¼ cup chopped green onion

1 lime

zested and juiced

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

Stir the mango red bell pepper jalapeno pepper green onion lime zest lime juice vinegar olive oil salt and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
