North Dakota Lentil Dip

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
⅓ cup chopped onion
2 (15.5 ounce) cans lentils drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes undrained
1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
Tips Step 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent. Step 2 Stir in lentils tomatoes and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Step 3 Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese.
