Tangy Ranch Apple Slaw

Ingredients

⅓ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)

1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dry ranch salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)

2 large green apples

cored and diced

½ (8 ounce) package shredded cabbage

2 green onions

thinly sliced

salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

Whisk sour cream sweetener apple cider vinegar and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours before serving.
