This anti-inflammatory iced coffee is spiced with turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. It can be sweetened with your choice sweetener or not sweetened and left as a spiced iced coffee. I prefer Silk® Coconut Milk Beverage and I like to sweeten it with stevia.

Turmeric Iced Coffee Latte

Ingredients

¾ cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 packets stevia powder

ice cubes

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1

Pour coconut milk vanilla extract and 1 packet stevia powder into a glass and stir to combine. Fill glass with ice cubes.

Step 2

Combine water instant coffee granules 1 packet stevia powder turmeric ginger and cinnamon in a microwave-safe glass; stir to mix. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving at 15-second intervals until hot and foamy. Carefully pour over the iced coconut milk.
