Baked Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon white sugar

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

1 pound skinless

boneless chicken breasts

thinly sliced

2 red bell peppers

thinly sliced

1 large onion

thinly sliced

12 corn tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step 2

Mix cornstarch chili powder paprika sugar salt onion powder garlic powder and cumin together in a bowl.

Step 3

Combine chicken red bell peppers and onion in a bowl; add cornstarch mixture and stir until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking dish.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through about 30 minutes. Serve chicken mixture in corn tortillas.
