Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons white sugar

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dried parsley

4 cloves garlic

minced

¼ teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon celery seed

¼ teaspoon dried marjoram

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
