Ingredients

1 clove garlic

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ teaspoon dried oregano

6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Step 1

Mash garlic with a bit of salt using a mortar and pestle; transfer to a bowl. Add vinegar mayonnaise and oregano to garlic; whisk.
