Ingredients

1 cup water

⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

3 fresh jalapeno peppers

sliced

3 cloves garlic

roughly chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup apricot preserves

Step 1

Combine water vinegar jalapenos garlic paprika and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2
